Cofimo SAM was established in July 1999 as a Societe Anonyme Monegasque and offers from the stability of the Principality of Monaco state of the art financial services.

We favour a boutique approach and concentrate on co-ordination of services rather than performing all services ourselves. The result is that by choice we do not have in-house accounting -, legal- and tax services. This guarantees, in our opinion, maximum flexibility enabling clients to chose their own advisors if required and control costs. We are independent and are not linked to a bank or professional firm. The highly educated staff is multi-lingual and small in size to guarantee a maximum of confidentiality.

Through our international network we can assist in almost any jurisdiction with the following services:

Co-ordination of company management or trusteeship
Co-ordination of accounting, tax compliance and legal services
Assistance in banking matters
Administrative assistance with Visa’s or taking up residency in the Principality

Cofimo SAM is a member of the Monegasque Association of Independent Corporate Service Providers (AMPA) and regulated by SICCFIN (Service d'information et de Controle sur les Circuits Financiers).
